Meet the Chef Behind Brioche Bloom

With a career rooted in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens—including Brasserie Blanc, Leasowe Castle, and celebrated ventures of my own like Truffles (Preston), Parkville Hotel (Oxford), and Britalian Kitchen (India)—my culinary journey has spanned continents and cuisines.

Since relocating to London in 2023, I’ve led kitchens across diverse food cultures, from plant-based fine dining at Farmacy Kitchen to high-volume service as Head Chef at STK Steakhouse, ME London. These experiences shaped the vision behind Brioche Bloom: a bakery that blends classical technique with bold, global flavours—all wrapped in buttery, lotus-shaped brioche.

Brioche Bloom is more than a café—it’s a culmination of passion, precision, and a lifelong love for meaningful food.
